Very pathetic location and service.

Pathetic experience, location is not what they show in their photographs, service is zero, rooms are not maintained and staff?? They don't have and whatever they have don't know anything about service. Restaurant they will show long menu but anything you order they will either say no or will say 1 hour to prepare. In backend they will source from the near by location and serve you.
Location is surrounded by slum that they will never show in their photos. Its not easily approachable hense it poses safety risk as well.
Basically don't get in to the trap of advertising and marketing, its a total wastage of money.
Review on Goibibo and other sites are paid one. Goibibo didn't published my actual photos and video for the strange reason!!

Good Views From The Room

This modest hotel is located some place deep, off the main road with 'very bad approach road' capable of damaging the underbelly of your car. The parking is provided at the top before the start of a slope down but the area is mostly occupied by taxis serving the hotel guests or other people and little or no space left for guests driving their own vehicles. After parking, you enter the hotel through the terrace by an elevator which is too slow to come to you and equally slow to take you down to the front office or to your room. The Front Office was modest too but your work is done fast. Enter the room by going a level or two up by the same elevator and you get slightly happy by seeing the view of the valley from your balcony, The room size was quite decent and so was the washroom and the balcony. Quite disappointed to see 2 plastic tumblers though on your table for drinking water or whatever. The wardrobe was decent too. The breakfast buffet at the Dining Room was quite decent. Stayed here for a night but the 3 trips in and out of the hotel to the main road were very disappointing owing to the bad approach road.

Don't waste your time here

Worst location, service and under maintained property. Water seepage every where. Just look at the photos I shared. They have only 2-3 person who does all the job ( Restaurant, Housekeeping, cleaning....). Unable understand why Goibibo is not allowing people to post their reviews and cheating their customers.

Doesn't looks like a hotel and no proper services for what we pay.

Location far from madikeri, roads are too narrow and full of potholes. The hotel doesn't have a look of a hotel. It just looks like an under construction building with few rooms. Ofcourse rooms are good. But from reception to corridor untidy. They don't have a well furnished reception room. Restaurant is just a big hall with few tables and chairs. Staffs don't have a proper uniform all are in their own dresses. In hotels the ambience matters, it doesn't have anyof that.
Reception staffs are not well trained. Just sitting under a roof with a table and chair. Main entrance,the main hotel sign board itself is damaged. Building construction left over trash is lying around the entrance parking. Totally can't call it a hotel. The charges are too high and not match with any of the services they provide as against what we pay. For two nights I was charged 8400/- IT is not woth for even 3000/- . And they charge full amount in advance while making booking online before hand. Because anyone goes directly to hotel and sees the condition will never book a room. Please think twice before making a booking online. Very bad experience we had. Restaurant bathroom very filthy .
