A wonderful stay at park inn by Radison
We had a fantastic experience at Park Inn by Radisson and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
A special mention to Anisha, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Her hospitality and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after.
And a big thank you to Chef Razi for the amazing food! Every dish was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. His passion for cooking was clearly reflected in every meal.
The rooms were comfortable, the overall ambience was excellent, and the service was consistently wonderful. What really stood out was the friendly and professional staff who went the extra mile to make our stay special.

Pathetic
For every service request, I had to call multiple times before getting a response. The hygiene standards were far below expectations. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory, and I found the attitude of some staff members, including managers, to be unprofessional.
I hope you will look into these concerns seriously and take corrective action to maintain the brand’s standards.
