Hospitality, cleanliness, food

Best hotel if you are visiting as a tourist or for business purpose.
You will get comfortable stay, clean hygienic rooms, tasty and up to the mark food. surely recommend the hotel for LUCKNOW stays. The reception person will also help out to know the near about places to eat and visit for shopping and local site seeing.

Good hotel

Nice hotel from inside.. Modern amenities. Rooms are not ig but are comfortable.
Location is very bad. Situated on a narrow, very busy road. A flyover passes very close. Under the flyover horses are parked. Very very noisy till late at night.NO Tipping policy

Staff at reception is really rude

Check in time is 12 pm. But the room was not ready even at 3:30 pm. Reasons being “we have many rooms, it takes time to clean after previous checkout”. Checkout time is 11:00 pm
Reception than said you have to either wait or you may cancel the booking.

Bad experience

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. First of all, they didn’t respect the reservation, that it was for 5 people instead of 4. They made us cancel the original booking and we had to take a third room. After that, we couldn’t pay by credit card becaise they don’t accept international cards. Only cash.
The room is modern and functional but it was dirty. We had only one towel for 2 people. Next morning, we had breakfast included, but they don’t have a dining room, so the only way to have breakfast is at the room.
Absolutely NOT recommendable.
