A lone classy hotel in Nandyal
The overall experience is not less than 1% of what you get in a 5-star hotel like Taj, Marriott etc. The service is awesome with the staff bearing a positive attitude in offering you an unmatched experience. The breakfast was too good to believe. They usually have buffet breakfast but due to Covid situation they kept it a la carte. The quality of food is amazing too.
All these at a very reasonable rate, I still can't believe it. This is a brand new hotel as they celebrated their first anniversary while we were there. They hit the lockdown within a few months of starting so when you enter the hotel you can make out that it is brand new. The only issue is parking as the hotel does not have its own parking. You have to park on the side road and there aren't enough spots for more cars.
Nandyal is a important location if you want to cover nearby places like Ahobilam, Belum Caves, Mahanandi etc.
I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Nandyal.

Tata sky not activated so no tv services
2. we booked two rooms and the rooms were pleasant enough and sanitised but toiletries and towels were provided only for one and we had to let them know for the same wifi pass word according to the their policy we had to call from the room and ask for password which actually wasnt that good though but the free wifi with no password was good or infact better than the one wifi which needed a password
3. bell service was provided though it wasnt a necessity for us since we just carried one single bag each but appreciated it.
4. tv was a rip off they did not activate tata sky and when asked they said they would send some one in 2 minutes which obviously they would not since they did not activate tata sky. they could have told us that during check in and kindly asked us to adjust or even reimburse or give us something else instead of the tv services which they clearly mentioned in their website amenities. so no one turned up ultimately to do anything about the tv services
5. dinner in their restaurant was pleasant the ambience was good but no south indian meal option in their ala carte menu. the menu only provide chinese hyderabadi and punjabi cuisine. wish these south indian restaurants cater to south indian meals too. the consumer must be given a choice. we ended up eating their four kind of bread options with a cashew paneer curry and rayalaseema mutton curry. in the biryani option they took an order for chicken dum biryani and came back after 10 minutes that it was no available anymore and asked us to choose something else. same is the case of ice creams they took and order and tell us after 15 minutes that the flavour options i chose were not available
6. breakfast was finally a saving grace. it was good the ambience was cool bright and pleasant. we had south indian breakfast with pongal (could be better) idli with two kinds of chutneys and sambar (yum) vada (piping hot) dosa plain and onion dosa (both good) bread boiled eggs and corn flakes with gauva juice and hot milk coffee and tea.
7. finally i should say it was a good stay other than a few hiccups like tv and wifi which obviously are main amenities that have to be provided and for that single reason i am rating this property as average had these two been good i could have given them a 4 rating which they actually deserve
