Perfect Family outing and vacation stay
This large apartment complex is situated in the middle of a lush green large property with the local produce farming like Tapioka plantation, Coconut trees (everywhere), many medicinal plants/trees (we have seen a number of Lakshmi Tharu) trees. We (2 adults and 3 kids) have stayed there for 3 days including weekend renting a two bedroom apartment, where we can see the sea through the coconut trees. The visibility was slightly bad due to the cloudy season, but in the afternoon it was quite clear. Lot of greenery and empty (no buildings) around which had brought many birds, squirrel etc which kids enjoyed, including the natural guest (Woodpecker) who knocked the kids in the morning, where they could also see the rare sight of Indian parrots. We live in Trivandrum only, but considering the current travel situations, we thought of going nearby places out of our house.
Eve's beach is walkable, we visited a number of times of course, including the nice walk to the Lighthouse beach. As per the suggestion by the property owner we had gone to the beach for batch around 6-6:30AM and spent some 1-2 hours in the water without any disturbance as the entire beach was more or less empty other than the local fishermen trying to pull their "life" of long net (the pull was of some 3-4 kilometers of nylon heavy rope which they were pulling for almost 30-40 minutes). The water temperature was just perfect, not cold, not warm (we visited last weekend 11-13 Dec) ... we all enjoyed a lot.. evening also we had very good walk upto the light house beach with the super tasty street snacks like sand roasted peanuts and the chats... not many restaurants were open and sad to see the loss of business due to COVID, hope it will catch up as we saw more people on Sunday...
We had a car, so it was convenient to visit places nearby. Azhimala Shiv temple and Azhimala beach. Azhimala beach is a must see it is some 7-8 kms away. It was very shallow and has been a great sight.
Back to the stay, the apartments, they have 6 large apartments, 4 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. Since we were with three kids, we took a double bedroom apartment. Rooms are very spacious with King size bed and each room and the living room had balcony with fantastic view. Rooms were all with air condition and attached batch room. This is family owned and they were also living there these days. Lot of parking space as the building itself is in the middle of a neatly maintained large property. The apartment is with full kitchen including mixer grinder, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, etc. But other than some tea, we were depending on the food outside. There is a premium Punjabi Dhaba just on the road, and if you walk little more, you get many many choices. So food was not an issue at all. The restaurants also deliver to the room, so no issues. This would also be a great recommendation for family or close friends groups where each family can stay together in the same large complex but still with their own private space within their apartments.
As this is family owned and they themselves take care of our stay, we have received fantastic treatment.

Peaceful home-from-home
Excellent location near to Kovalam Junction where there is a good range of shops and transport links.
There are restaurants nearby but we chose to make the short walk to the beachside.
Apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The owner of Indeevaram was available if required and very keen to ensure all was well so that we enjoyed our stay.
We will be returning in 2020 as excellent value for money.
