Exploring India's Hospitality: A traveller's account.

The staff are very hospital, kind, professional and extremely warm. They were always very enthusiastic to serve. The location is easily accessible. Both natural and social environments are very pleasant. Meals were excellent and delicious, always retaining India's traditional spices. I got value for my money.

Very good stay for a reasonable cost at Kottayam

Near to ksrtc stand and easy accessibility.
Good atmosphere. Not so disturbing.
Rooms are clean. Neat and towels and bood spreads are neat. Floor towel also found to be neat and fresh. Wash room with a small towel. Shower set brush and paste provided. Only thing noticed was the ventillation of wash room was not fitted with an exhaust fan which was a drop point.
Value fir money. Got a complementary breakfast, which was pretty good for this money. Wonderful experience from the restaurant and good food which I give a 5 star ⭐ based on the amount I paid for room booking.

WiFi was not stable and sometimes not available. During our 3 day stay we had several times made calls to your staff for help. Your staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. I have a feeling that your WiFi needs a stronger Router to take care of the renters.
Your rooms were spacious and clean, staff was great and food was very good.
