Birthday Done Right at Forte Kochi

Forte Kochi is exactly as advertised - the rooms, pool, decor and all facilities are as on the website. The Team is very responsive at the time of booking too
We were there in a group for my 50th Birthday celebrations and it was taken care of with all the support we needed
Shower facilities were from Forest Essentials which is a BIG PLUS
House keeping efficient
Pristine pool
Good wifi
Large breakfast buffet, excellent food
And what a location!
In the heart of Fort Kochi next to all the sights and they offer walking tours, cycling etc
The entire team led by Mr Jerin and Jibin/Chacko/Britto and the team were fabulous

Beautiful heritage hotel in the heart of Fort Kochi

I stayed 3 nights at Forte Kochi. I really enjoyed the beautiful heritage features of the buildings and the pool courtyard is spectacular. The food in the restaurant is very good with large portions and the waiters are attentive and kind. They also have a complimentary afternoon tea service with Masala Chai and Keralan snacks which I enjoyed. The hotel became my oasis when I wanted to escape the heat and tuktuk drivers outside. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff make it comfortable and relaxing.

Little Gem - Amazing Staff - Very Attentive

A little gem of a hotel. Staff were really attentive to us, always remembered us and our room number so we felt special. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and had everything you needed. Room service was brilliant and you were never charged extra for anything you wanted in your room. Location wise it's in the centre of fort kochi so you can walk to the fishings nets, market and various shops within minutes. Food was amazing, we had all our meals there as it was so good. Fish platter is brilliant and you only need to order one for two (we nearly ordered one each!) Breakfast has a huge variety of items and you can order direct from the kitchen waffles, pancakes or french toast - there will be something for everyone, including traditional indian breakfast to try. Pool was a little small, but beautifully cleaned each morning and lovely and cool in the hot sun. Bar staff were excellent and their wine is ok. Everyone in the hotel were brilliant and could not do enough for you, we were leaving at 5am, and the night before we got a call asking if we would like a pack out of fruits/pastries with hot coffee..... which was ready for us at reception.

The staff are very sweet and helpful. They make your day more bright with their smiles!
