Residency is home away home!

The ambience, food, hygiene factors are very good. Front desk service and room service are excellent. One suggestion about the bath towels, not absorbs well as before. Please ensure you are sourcing the right towels from the right vendor!

Great Service and Quality

Moorthy at the front desk provided excellent customer service. He was professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. He made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality

Brilliant stay, fabulous hospitality.

Back again at The Residency Karur, and it was just as good as my last visit. Shalini and Moorthy from the Front Office once again went out of their way to help… this time arranging late-evening laundry service without any hassle. The food was great, service was good throughout, and the laundry came back with a lovely lavender fragrance… a nice touch.
Only minor note: there was some daytime noise due to ongoing renovations on the third floor, though that’s certainly not down to the staff.
Overall, a superb stay and worth every penny. Highly recommend, and I’ll be back again!
