Amazing Stay
Everything was good...good service and cleaning and room were also good, trust me, it's better than pictures and videos available on internet

Definitely not worth the money
We paid around ₹15,000 per night and stayed for 2 nights, with only breakfast included. Unfortunately, for this price, the overall experience was very disappointing and nowhere close to the standard I expected from a resort in Coorg.
The biggest issue was the private pool. The water had visible algae and was not usable. We called the staff, and it took around 3 hours for someone to attend to it. Even after that, the algae was still present, so we could not properly use the pool.
The food was extremely disappointing. The biryani had a strong raw masala smell and taste and did not seem properly cooked. We also ordered food to the room, and it took around an hour to arrive. During that time, I called several times and was repeatedly told, “It is ready and on the way,” but it still did not arrive for a long time. I would have appreciated an honest estimate instead of being told the same thing every 10 minutes.
The buggy service was unreliable and often did not respond when called.
The Jacuzzi controls/buttons were malfunctioning, which was another facility we could not properly enjoy.
The bathroom is designed as an open bathroom, and there were far too many insects and creatures inside, including flies and frogs. This made using the bathroom uncomfortable.
Maintenance of the property also needs improvement. The lawn was not properly trimmed, and the children’s play area was poorly maintained and unappealing.
The property itself is situated on what feels like a relatively small area for a resort of this price range. There is not much to explore or do within the property. The indoor games section is also very limited and feels like it is there just for namesake.
Even basic toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste and comb were not provided initially. We had to specifically request them.
The room/villa itself also did not justify the price. The living area was small, there was no proper sofa, and the bed was not particularly comfortable.
I have stayed at several resorts in Coorg, and compared with other properties in this price range, Copper Villa Resorts did not offer enough in terms of space, facilities, maintenance, food quality or service to justify ₹15,000 per night.
The property has potential, but they seriously need to improve maintenance, food quality, response time and overall service standards. At the current pricing, I would not consider it value for money.

Peaceful relaxing getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect place to unwind. The cottages were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a charming rustic design that blended beautifully with nature.
The staff were courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay even more comfortable.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great hospitality. We would love to visit again!

the property is immensely beautiful and we loved the vibe, mohammed sir and sunita mam made our stay even better.

Aesthetic Stay
Place is maintained really well. Venkatesh had done a really good job. It feels very aesthetic and peaceful.
Food taste was not upto the mark. Limited options for breakfast also.
But still I would visit again just for the ambience.
