Excellent family place to stay and great food
The resort is situated on the Karjat Neral Road. We stayed only for a night and felt needed atleast a day more. They have this small cottages ideal for a small family. We are a family of 4 and having a connecting door between 2 rooms was very helpful. Food was simple yet tasty. The place is well clean, maintained and has a very positive vibe around it. It was raining mildly with few spells of heavy showers. Highlight for us was the walk to the stream (it's on resorts property) and the magic show. Personally, I am not a big fan of magic shows but this one by Abhijit was very entertaining.
If you are looking for a decent family quiet time, this is the place.
Last but not the least is they have some very nice people welcoming guests like they are really wanted. Naming a few only because that's what I remember - Florina, Ranjit & Ashish who accompanied us to the stream. The kitchen staff is also very courteous. Sorry cannot recollect the gentleman's name from restaurant.

Loved it ! Great Stay , Great Rooms , Great Food , Great Staff , Great Owner
Had a really peaceful and refreshing stay at this resort. The first thing that stands out is the beautiful greenery all around the entire property feels calm, fresh, and very well maintained. Perfect place to relax away from the city rush.
The rooms were honestly the highlight of the stay. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The ambience inside the rooms felt cozy yet premium, and the large windows/views made the whole experience even better. Everything was neatly maintained and the stay felt very comfortable throughout.
Another major USP of this resort is the food. The meals were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish felt homely yet high quality, and the service was warm and attentive.
Overall, a wonderful experience with great rooms, peaceful greenery, and amazing food. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again and recommend to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Best destination wedding experience
We celebrated our destination wedding at this resort in January 2026, and it turned into a truly magical weekend for us and our guests. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, and the warmth and care that Rachana and her family have invested into the resort are visible in every small detail.
The management team worked closely with us throughout and was very accommodating of our requirements. Our guests consistently appreciated the cordial and friendly staff, the cleanliness and hygiene across the property, and the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay smooth and pleasant for everyone.
Food was a highlight of the experience. Every meal offered a different cuisine — Maharashtrian, Gujarati, Indo-Chinese & chaat, Punjabi, and Continental — all executed with confidence by the chefs. Live and hot rotis along with a tandoori counter added to the experience. The entire spread was vegetarian, Jain preferences were carefully accommodated, and the quality of ingredients stood out across meals.
Overall, the resort offers excellent value for money and is an ideal choice for destination weddings, celebrations, or a peaceful group getaway.

Dr. Modi`s Resort
Dr. Modi`s Resort we visited on 8 and 9 November. Resort is spacious with lot of Greenery. Though Rooms are old but clean . However as soon as we had lunch entire disappointment for seeing old room is vanish as they have mention in website food is prepared fresh with good quality of ingredients. Kamal is main chef who cooks excellant food. Mr.sushant yadav in restaurent gave us excellant service . He remember about each of individual preference like Tea without adarak, who drinks coffee who eats Jain food etc. and food made us our trip memorable. Indoor game zone also very well maintain. We got lucky to meet Mrs. Usha modi owner of resort and surprise to see her positive nature at the age of 80. Front office Ranjit and ms. Florina madam were always smiling and good service by them.

Pleasant stay with great food and greenery, but rooms need better upkeep, toilets more hygiene
Stayed here recently — overall a good experience. The property has nice greenery all around, giving it a peaceful vibe. The vegetarian buffet and restaurant service were excellent — good spread, tasty food (especially dinner), and attentive staff.
The rooms were decent but could use some improvement. The bathrooms, in particular, were below expectations — not very clean or hygienic, with a clogged basin and hair on the floor.
That said, it’s still good value for money at the price point, mainly for the food and the ambience. With better housekeeping, it could easily be a great stay.
