Cancelling out the noise
The place is perfect get away if you’re looking to get far away from the chaos of city lives. The staff is the sweetest and the most helpful when it comes to impromtu needs. Shoutout to Swaroop Chand ji,Munish Kumar Ji ,Satish,Amit Kumar for keeping us taken care of like their own. The rooms were neat and were regularly set upon request. You can walk right into the tea estate, place pickle ball amidst the calm of nature and scenic views of the hills and dedicated bonfire place if you visit during the winters. It was an absolute value of money trip cancelling out the noise while not missing out on a lot more than just basic amenities!

⭐ 8/10 – A Peaceful Tea Estate Escape Near Palampur
If you’re looking for a stay away from the usual crowded Mall Road atmosphere that most hill stations offer, Seclude is definitely worth considering. Nestled around 30 minutes from Palampur’s main town, the property offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, making it perfect for anyone wanting to disconnect and unwind.
The property itself has a unique charm, with ample and secure parking, so reaching here by car is completely hassle-free. One pleasant surprise was the pickleball court—something you don’t usually expect at a mountain stay, and a fun activity to enjoy during your visit.
The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the essential amenities for a relaxing stay. While they aren’t ultra-luxurious, they are well-maintained and perfectly suitable for the location and price point.
The food was another highlight. A special mention to Swaroop, who did a wonderful job with the hospitality. We had a simple serving of Maggi and chai, but sometimes that’s exactly what makes a mountain trip memorable. The Maggi was delicious, the chai was comforting, and together they gave us that authentic hill-station feeling we were hoping for.
Overall, Seclude offers excellent value for money. If your idea of a getaway is peace, greenery, good food, and a refreshing break from tourist crowds, this place won’t disappoint.

Great location. Great room Lavender. Staff excellent very courteous especially Swaroop, Satish, Bishal Manish and Amit. Excellent tasty food.

Calm, Aesthetic and Unwinding Experience.
The location is exclusive and a little far from the city but a beautiful property to relax and unwind. Rooms were extremely clean and beautiful; we had peppermint and blueberry - Peppermint is bigger in size and can easily accommodate and extra bedding. In terms of value of money, it's a little on the higher side considering the amenities are limited - for example, Pickle Ball is a paid amenity. So, in terms of amenities, you mainly just have the Swimming experience. I had a tiff with this exterior service manager because it wasn't mentioned on the website that pickle ball is additionally payable. Take your own board games, cards, badminton rackets, cricket stuff - lots of area to play and enjoy. Very aesthetic interiors of the entire property. Otherwise, the staff at the property is extremely great!
Fast service, super warm and hospitable especially Bajinder Ji, Vishal and Swaroop Ji., they were very prompt with response and made the experience so much better with the great service. The property doesn't have noise. It's pet friendly so that's super.
Also, Food order has to be placed 02-03 hours in advance but good flavoured and good quality food. The dining area in itselt is so pretty that it's an experience dining there.
All in all, our experience was great because it was a good peaceful getaway and the people at the property were great with service. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with super comfortable rooms, this is it.
The pottery place is 20-30 minutes away but again a super experience. If you are looking for alot of activities at the property, then this might not be the one. Go here for enjoying time with your family, friends and chilling!
