Average hotel. Rooms are as per its cost. Located on road and behind road.. they have two buildings. Both are same. Kitchen is available, so you can order food from room also. Food cost is also normal.

Noisy without reliable amenities

We had a 16 hour layover so wanted something near the airport. While it is near the airport, that is it. The room is actually different than what you are shown initially. Cash only is different than paying with a credit card. We ended up in a room that was super noisy, and it turned out to be next to the break room for the employees, so they were actually responsible for the noise level. There was no toilet paper, with only a bucket of water to flush -- which you would not expect in a hotel in the middle of the city. The staff are very friendly, but that doesn't make up for lack of basics.

very rude staff at the front desk

tried checking in early morning after a long flight back to India from Bkk. was greeted by the most unprofessional staff at the front desk who kept referring to me as a Chinese even though I showed him my ID after which he kept refusing to acknowledge my identity to which I decided to leave the hotel and look for other accommodation even though it was 2 oclock in the morning. I strongly suggest to anyone not Indian looking enough to avoid this place unless u want to be judged by a illiterate moron. wish I could give a rating below one.

Decent Place for Short / Transit Period

Positive Points- Very Close to the Airport, Clean Place, Friendly Staff, Basic amenities provided. Negative Points- No Lift.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is the Free Airport Shuttle. This place is Value for Money for transit/ short duration travelers.
