Hotel Spiti Heritage is one of the best hotels in Kaza, Spiti Valley, offering a perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and great location. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and provide beautiful mountain views, making it an ideal hotel in Kaza for a relaxing stay. The property is close to Kaza market, which makes it very convenient for travelers exploring Spiti Valley. Worst experience in Spiti tour at Spiti Heritage hotel

Location is fine. The staffs lack empathy and terrible poor management. The rooms were not properly cleaned. If you are using CPAP machine, avoid this hotel. They cut off electricity in the evening almost everyday without prior notice.
We stayed at room no 301, 302 and 303 during 30 and 31st May, 2026. They forget about our breakfast and dinner. Then you need to wait for like eternity to eat. Neither they are professional nor good at heart.

Best Hotel in Kaza - Amazing Stay at Spiti Heritage

Spiti Heritage is truly the best hotel in Kaza for a comfortable and memorable stay in Spiti Valley. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a perfect hotel in Kaza for families, couples, and bikers. The location is very convenient, close to Kaza market, which makes it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff is polite, helpful, and provides excellent service throughout the stay.

all glitters are not gold

I was there from 5-7 may in deluxe room no102 .The room was 1-without tea coffee maker 2-Wifi and Not Functioning TV which they couldn’t correct and they are showing on there website The purpose of not putting all these things may be economical but but please remove all the se information from your site
Food is good
Tea is little costly by the standard but good
Staff are good
Location is bad as you can’t go to market on foot as it is too far away with very awkward road.Surrounding are very dusty

Excellent

They hotel stay experience from 27th September to 29 September was very Good. Rahul and Sachin and all other staff were very courteous and Helpful . We recommend to stay in the hotel. Location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are well maintained Clean and very friendly environment
