Good hotel and good staff
Well managed hotel..staff are cordial and helpful...food is good..I liked this property... although sanitary items looks old but overall it is a good experience..............................................................,..................,..............................

Superb
My stay was superb and comfortable, and the credit must go to the staff who are helpful and just amazing. Cleanliness and room size are commendable. Will highly recommend stay at this place as the services are exceptional. Located at Digjam Circle.

My team and I had a fabulous experience. The stay was very good, the hotel is superb. I would like to specially thanks the staff ( Mr Lalit Chandra Upadhyay, Ayjaz, Priyanka and the team) for being so cordial, helpful and made us feel like a family. Fortune Palace..yeah right
A massive disappointment. Dirty floor in the room. Building works. No hot water and electricity kept cutting out. Smelly old bath towels.
In all of this management we're simply awful. No sense of urgency to get things done. Reception staff inattentive kept telling us things will get sorted in 5 minutes which turned into an hour. We got to the wedding late as a result. They just had no sense of urgency.
On the first night we were told hot water is not available at night. Never been to a hotel that does not have hot water.
Building works during the weekend, you would think that it would stop on the weekend or they would not give rooms on the floor where works is being carried out.
I was at the hotel 2 years ago and it was great. But this time it was just a massive disappointment. I am sure there are other better hotels around the place. I would not recommend this hotel.
Manager refused to compensate, we argued for two days and on the day of check out we refused to pay for one night.
Pathetic attitude of manager and receptionist was simply pathetic with no sense of providing a good service. I have never seen such awful employees.

Good Business Class Hotel
I stayed at Hotel Fortune Palace in third week of February, 2024 for 10 days. This is my second trip to the hotel.
The check-in was fast.
The room is well maintained, neat & clean. The room has all necessary items like coffee maker, mini-bar, complimentary mineral water, etc. The electronic safety locker key was not working, so they come & repaired immediately. The bathroom is not big and looks old.
The buffet breakfast had few varieties. They have A la carta type for Lunch & Dinner. The food is OK. There is one Mr. Lalji who serves food with great passion. We used to ask him for Starter & Dish options. His suggestions were always very good.
The check-out was also fast.
Overall experience was good, not very good.
