For Cleanliness and Comfort

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

worst Hospitality

Unsanitary, filthy, damaged furniture, soiled toilet, and fractured wash basin. Ehausxt is not functioning, the room's floor is filthy. The curtain is dirty, and the floor is not clean. The bed is also unclean.

Had amazing stay

I had a wonderful stay at Udman Hotel, Haridwar. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The hotel’s location is convenient for visiting Haridwar’s main attractions. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Udman Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience in Haridwar. Looking forward to visiting again!
