Illegal activities and prohibited substances are strictly not allowed on the premises. 11. Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or evict guests for misconduct. 12. A refundable security deposit of ₹1,500 is mandatory at the time of check-in. The deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, subject to no damages, loss, or missing items in the room. 13.Minors (guests below 18 years of age) are allowed to stay only when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians with valid government-issued ID proof. Minors are strictly not permitted to check in alone or stay with friends without a parent or guardian. 14.Utilities are provided on a self-service basis. If any additional cleaning or housekeeping services are required, they will be charged separately as per hotel policy. 15.Children aged 12 years and above will be treated as adults for billing purposes. Applicable charges will be levied at the time of check-in, irrespective of the age mentioned during booking.
