Beware!

Beware! Pillows and bedding were not clean. Had hairs and dirt on it. Place generally was average in terms of cleanliness. There was a dead lizard that they did not bother to clean up!!! This left my family horrified. Good was okay. Support from reception was okay but could’ve been better.

Best Rooms But Requires Proper Management.

I stayed here for Two Nights. This property is a newly constructed and is being managed by only two staffs who manage the reception, the Room service and restaurant service.
The two person are Mr. Mantu and Mr. Goutam.
Rooms :
The double rooms are spacious with all the amenities which should be available in a 3 star property.You have a godrej safe, an electric Iron, Tea maker, 53 inches Samsung TV, Refridgerator in the room.You can surely expect a quality sleep. Really very nice.
Food and Service :
May be due to the current market sentiments they have not hired adequate number of staffs.The room service is very very slow.
Always the morning breakfast does not have buffet and very limited options.
If the hotel has even 50% occupancy then breakfast could take around 45 mins due to the paucity of staffs.
Nevertheless, Mr Mantu is a person who is always smiling and always striving to give the bestest experience.
So, In a nutshell, if you are a business Traveller and this location suits you, then you can surely stay here after work.
