Experience of two nights stay

Two nights stayed with homely atmosphere and staffs are friendly and good .Rooms are neat and clean.From room we can see the whole Gangtok city. Foods are very delicious and good.the drawing room is very good.

Swiggy food order review

I haven't stayed here but giving this review for the food that I order ,service & staff behaviour.
one of the terrible experience that I've ever experienced in my life ever . If you guys don't have the items kindly put it out of stock in the swiggy)Zomato app pls .
They accept my swiggy order & deliver me something else and some items they didn't deliver. There was no bill given to us when we asked for the money for the food which they didn't deliver they said to come n collect from their hotel what kind of service is this ???
When I complaint about the items that I didn't receive they deliver it next day afternoon what's the purpose of giving it next day guys ?
Lastly it's not about money, it's about the time that we waste to wait for the food which was terrible. You guys made me n my family dinner of that night horrible. And at last if you guys are working into hospitality have basic knowledge how to deal with customers & have basic knowledge into language also. Don't make people fool by serving old foods.

Hotel Dragon Inn experience

Rooms are good.Staff behaviour is also good.But it is actually far away (6-7 km) from main market (MG Marg)the main point of attraction in evening.It's very difficult to get a cab after 7 pm from MG Marg back to hotel.But it's certainly a very good budget hotel who travels with own car.They say they provide parking place but actually they park their own cars their and do not provide parking.Cars have to be parked in roadside.Due to recent construction behind the hotel not much view from hotel either.Dinning in restaurant is ok but price of most of the food item is very costly.They take advantage of almost no other option to dine nearby and compensate for the low price of room with high price of food.Overall however we had a nice experience due to nice behaviour of staffs, good room condition with spacious rooms and also as we travelled with our own vehicle,so going to MG Marg in evening and coming back at night was not a problem.
