Road condition is not good

The staff was very nice & cooperative. View of lake is just awesome.Room requires maintenance else everything is fine.

Excellent hospitality
Helpful staff
The only negative point is the steep road leading to hotel which is very dangerous..
Overall wonderful experience
Will visit again
Special thanks to receptionist for helping and guiding us for local sight seeing.

Scenic location

The hotel is in a very scenic location . Roomss were quite spacious . the place is very cold and wet l mean Mirik . Food was great . Ms Laxmi Rai assisted us and kept us engaged about stories related to Mirik etc. All the staffs were good. One thing l wud like to point point out. If you have elderly people with you then the entrance road to the hotel is very steep and was a bit broken. Our innova cudnt go there. The Hotel manager and other staffs sent another small car for moving the luggages and the elderly person with us . rest of us walked . Also the short cut road to Mirik lake is very steep and has many muddy stairs so better to call a car and not go by that way. For the local ppl its nothing but for others it can be a challenge . The hotel was always fully booked and in demand cuz of the views .

Good location, Good view, Food is limited choice but good food, Staff is polite and nice.
