Good location.eazy all public transport available..main road touch..nice room .washroom is clean and nice ..food good .and testy..breakfast also good.staff is familiar behavior. value for money

A must stay at this Hotel.

This time I was with my family and the best this was front office Ms. Shenaz gave us an upgrade for the room. I have been i the Hotel many times now and she is always helpful and very polite. She is an asset. At the restaurant we had gone for early lunch around 12 and to my surprise as promise ched Mr. Aftab prepared lunch within half an hour as promised and the food was great. I will aadvice and recommend people to stay here.

Fraud payment for loss of room card

These loft hotel folks charged Rs 300 for loss of room card and its nowhere mentioned that this amount is to be taken. I even showed them that its mentioned online that its not required to pay for room card , only for physical keys its required but their manager Raushan (not remembering his name correctly) was talking rudely to me. This is not what we as customers expect. I am not planning to go there in future for sure and would advise no one to go there as well.

Comfortable stay

Stayed there with my family for one night while on transit to pelling . The Property is very centralized located just off the main road and is very easily assessable. The room deluxe 316 which was alloted to us was very spacious, well furnished and cosy and very clean . All the staffs associated with the property such as the front desk,waiters, housekeeping etc were all helpful and courteous and made us fill very special and welcome. The property is very well secured and is safe for family stay
