Excellent Interior Design & Comfort stay!
Hello - We just happen to stay in Windstone hotel for our official purpose and it was really great experience with excellent interior design. All the support staffs - Mr.Robert(GM), Ms.Bharathi(Receptionist), Mr.Rudhriayan(Chef) & Mr.Dinesh(Dining area staff) were couteous enough to treat us well. Though, I've been travelling and stayed in different hotels, I must admit that Windstone hotel stay was really cool and a pleasant one. We enjoyed the morning complimentary breakfast(big credit to the Chef Mr Rudhriayan)...All the more, I liked the interior and the thought process involved in each and every corner of the hotel(including the pavement stone design). I got a chance to speak with the hotel MD as well in conveying my compliments for the nice hotel, heard that his son is a Architect who designed everything(including the logo)...Hats-off to Mr.Architect Sir!. The GM Mr.Robert Jolly was really a Jolly person and we had good time in exchanging good conversation and jokes as well!... :-) Highly recommended for any Business/Family trip. Thanks to the entire Windstone Team!,,,,When I come to CBE, I would love to stay in your hotel again. :-) :-) Cheers....

Excellent in hygiene
I Stayed here with my family recently. Their hospitality was top class. Sterilization of pillow cover and cleaning process is unique. The front office staffs particularly Mr. Suresh who helped us through out our stay. I will recommend this hotel to Family. My 5 ⭐ to them.

A hidden Gem in an ocean of Hotels
The vicinity of Coimbatore airport is studded with hotels big and small, prominent brands galore, yet hidden amidst them is Windstone Residency just behind Fun republic Mall and stones throw from PSG medical College
This hotel was a real find for me, as it combines the comforts of 5 star,with hospitality beyond 5 star, a wonderful kitchen serving delicious vegetarian food.
The credit goes to Mr.Robert and his team. Every dept.front office, housekeeping, Room service, restaurant, are energetic and dynamic. Bharat was prompt addressing in any house keeping request.
Spacious, neat clean hygienic rooms, polite and friendly staff, excellent food.
What more can one ask for a memorable stay.
I strongly recommend this hotel and suggest to check it out as an alternative to any brand that you have been regularly staying with

Superb stay
Exceptional hotel with beautiful spacious room, good amenities and delicious food. Particularly mention about the staff. Extra ordinary helpful staff. If i visot coimbatore again, will stay there only.

A hidden gem to stay in Kovai
Had a great stay with family here in Dec 2021. The overall stay was so good, that I decided to review the place. Here are the PROs and CONs:
PROs
1 Top notch service: Very polite staff. Extremely courteous. Always helpful. Special mention to:
Mr. Vignesh – for helping draw the itinerary. Thanks to him, I discovered a hidden gem of Pollachi called Winner falls.
Mr. Robert – GM of the place. Would always come up and speak to us during breakfast, checking if everything was ok. Same kind of hospitality that you would receive in 5star hotels like Taj.
Mr. Indrajeet – Helped us with breakfast. Was always courteous. He was so patient, considering we had 2 kids who took time to decide what they wanted. We had opted for a buffet, but since there were less guest, he served us ala carte. He would give us complimentary fruit juice, fruit platter along with every meal. Always smiling. Do try their cheese chilly omelet – perhaps the best I’ve had in a restaurant.
Mr. Bharat – Excellent housekeeping. Tidy the room so well, that we would double check if it is actually our room
2 Location: Unlike a few budget stays that are in the busy parts of Kovai such as Spree and Kiscol Grand, this is located in the silent part of the city, so it is very peaceful. Easy to take your car in and out. Close to Fun Mall, restaurants such as Burmy & Creamery (all are 1-2 mins away by drive)
3 Car parking: There is ample car parking (think around 10 cars can fit in), & no it is not in the basement, so there is no need to struggle to get the car in and out
4 Security & Cleanliness: Its Covid times, so cleanliness should be top priority & these guys take it seriously. The way they clean the linen, beds, rooms, elevators etc is mentioned in the website. Do check it out. There is always a security guard at the car park, so safety is also assured.
5 Free extra bed: They have a sofa cum bed. While they initially charged around 1000rs for that, I said it would not be fair as it is not a separate bed and a sofa convertible, so they waived it off during my entire 6-night stay. So, a big plus if you are travelling with kids and need an extra bed.
6 Kitchen: Though small, it is enough to prepare a few quick snacks. The mini fridge is a added plus.
7 New: It’s a new hotel that opened its doors in 2021 April, so everything is shiny and sparkling clean, so as well choose this than an old hotel that has seen a million visitors already.
CONs
Like any hotel, this is not perfect and comes with a few cons. Here is a few of them.
1 No hot water during early mornings: If you want to bathe before 7pm, there is only warm water in the bathroom, but NO hot water. You will have to call reception and they bring it in a bucket after a good 10-15 mins.
2 No English channels: While they have a nice TV, they have not subscribed to any English channels. They failed to do so even after making a request citing technical issues.
Conclusion
Overall, the PROs far outweigh the CONs. For 3 to 3.5k per night, this is brilliant property to stay at. I had informed about these 2 CONs to Mr. Robert and hopefully, it will be resolved soon, so you do not have to experience it.
