Complaint Regarding Booking Experience at Super O Hotel Vilankurichi, Coimbatore

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had with a recent booking at Super O Hotel Vilankurichi, Coimbatore.
Due to transportation delays, I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 PM along with my wife. To our surprise, the hotel’s name at the actual location was entirely different from the one mentioned on your website, which made it very difficult to find.
After finally locating the property, we approached the reception desk, only to be informed that all rooms were fully occupied and there was no availability for us — despite our confirmed booking. The staff insisted that we should have paid in advance, even though the booking clearly stated "Pay at the property." I had not received any prior communication — no calls, messages, or emails — from the hotel regarding this issue.
Left stranded at night with my wife, we were forced to find alternative accommodation, which was far from the original location and involved considerable inconvenience.
I kindly request TO BOOKING SITES investigate this matter and consider removing this property from your platform to prevent other customers from facing similar distress. Such misleading listings severely damage the trust users place in your service.
