It is located in central of the city.Near to hotel anandhas Ramnagar.

Very good Hotel.Excellent ambiance.Anusya,Kaleeswaran,Premalatha did wonderful welcoming.

Worst infrastructure

Worst hotel I have ever seen. No power backup. In bathroom, fittings are brocken. If power goes we have to follow up with them for backup.

Breakfast charged but not provided

I had booked a room including breakfast for 15/10/2025 in Fressotel Seetharam, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore through the hotel website (Reservation ID - XDF18Y). The website showed rooms on a 24 hrs check-in check-out. I had clearly shown as request to check-out at 5 pm on the following day, besides I had sent an email too, however no one responded to both the requests. I could not reach them over telephone too.
On the day of check-in I was told that I have to check-out at 12 pm as 24 hrs check-in check-out facility is given only for guests booking directly with the hotel. I informed that I had booked directly in the hotel website and the staff agreed that this facility can be provided on confirmation with the manager.
The reception staff told that the restaurant is closed for the time being, however, breakfast would be delivered to the room in a box. Next day morning, I reminded the reception about breakfast and he told he has already conveyed the message and it would be delivered within half an hour. I reminded him again that I had to leave at 9 am. While I was leaving I approached the desk again and he told they are yet to receive the breakfast.
I am drawing your attention to a service which was not provided for which I had already paid. It’s highly disheartening to note that neither did they have the courtesy to apologise or refund me the money taken for a service not delivered. I posted this immediately in the hotel website to which they have not responded till date. I am dismayed how they can charge me for the breakfast when it was not provided.
The hotel is well located and has a reputed vegetarian restaurant 'Anandhas' in the next building.
Room was large enough and tidy. Linens and bath towels didn't look fresh and were dated. Toilet was neat and was provided with shampoo and a dental kit.
