Basic facilities that were promised were either missing or not working properly. When we raised concerns with the staff, the response was slow and careless. It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at all.
For the price they charge, the quality and service are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not stay here again.
