The front dest staff named Gitanjali, Shashank, sradhanjali are very friendly people... very nice and very best hotel

This is the very best hotel. You should go and must stay there. Every staffs are very cool and chill. And they are very friendly. Food is very tasty . Sweeming pool is very best and clean. Very cheapest gm

Very disappointing management experience. In my experience, there were serious concerns regarding staff treatment, communication, and professionalism under the General Manager. Several employees raised unresolved issues related to payments and employee welfare, which negatively affected morale. I hope the management investigates these concerns and improves transparency and accountability. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Location is right on the highway. Staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Highly overpriced hotel. Not at all value for money. Rooms are small and below average.

wonderful Valentine’s Celebration

We recently visited **VITS Shalimar** for our Valentine’s couple celebration, and it turned out to be such a beautiful and memorable experience.
The ambiance was perfect for a romantic evening – elegant décor, soft lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere that made our special day even more magical. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.
A special thanks to Anjali, who served us throughout the evening. Her hospitality, polite nature, and warm smile truly made our experience extra special. She was attentive, professional, and ensured everything was perfect for us. Because of her excellent service, we felt very comfortable and well cared for.
Overall, it was a lovely Valentine’s celebration, and we would definitely recommend VITS Shalimar to couples looking for a romantic dining experience.
