Very Poor Stay and pathetic care taker
There is very frequent power cuts and at a time only one light and only one charging point works in the room.
The care takers/ owners are very irresponsible and pathetic at customer service. We travelled with a group
of 7 people and they took our Aadhar Cards and did not bother to return our ID proofs because of we had to face a lot of trouble at the airport.
We asked the hotel care taker to send the IDs via courier and we will pay the courier charges. But they are such irresponsible that even after calling them every day they have not sent the IDs till now. It has been more than 2 weeks of following up with them.
They are Illegally occupying ID proofs of the guests.
Please avoid such people and such places.

Excellent location, stay, food and hospitality. This is perfect homestay type accommodation with all modern facilities.
We got whatever we need at any time. If You want to enjoy river view and pahalgam stay in this property. Only issue electricity supply is erratic here. Room size can be a little more. But overall perfect stay.

Excellent location with Homely feeling.
Nice place for nature lovers. It is a homestay type with 6 rooms. The food is homely with awesome taste. Rooms and washroom is neat and clean. Excellent service from the manager to staff. They made our trip memorable. If I again visit Pahalgam I would like to stay here. Thank you for excellent service.
