Feedback for Hotel Astoria Elite, Agra - Poor Service and no amentities with mannerless staff
- The room was not clean, with stained bedsheets and a foul-smelling bathroom.
- Basic amenities were missing: no shower, no heater, and no breakfast was provided despite being included.
- The staff were mannerless, unhelpful, and showed no effort to make the guest comfortable.
- The property gave the impression of being used for short-hour bookings rather than genuine hospitality.
- Despite all these failures, the hotel management refused to provide a refund or even acknowledge the guest’s concerns.
This was a horrible experience and reflects a complete lack of service standards. I strongly advise fellow travelers not to book this property, as it is misleading, unhygienic, and guest satisfaction is clearly not a priority here.
