Best hotel in Agonda, Near Agonda Beach
Our stay at Rio De Grande Agonda
from 1st to 7th May was honestly one of the best resort experiences we’ve had in South Goa. If you are looking for a peaceful luxury resort near Agonda Beach with excellent food, clean rooms, swimming pool, and family-friendly hospitality, this place is perfect.
Location: The resort is located in a peaceful area near Agonda Beach, making it ideal for couples, families, and groups looking for a relaxing Goa vacation away from crowded tourist spots. Very convenient location with beautiful surroundings and easy beach access.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere here is calm, relaxing, and premium. Whether you want to enjoy the swimming pool, spend quality time with family, or have dinner with friends, the vibe is absolutely amazing. Perfect resort in Agonda Goa for peaceful holidays.
Rooms: We booked a luxury room and it was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, interiors were clean, and the room felt fresh throughout our stay.
Value: Excellent value for money considering the hospitality, cleanliness, food quality, swimming pool, and overall experience. The service here feels much more premium than many resorts in South Goa.
Cleanliness: One of the cleanest resorts we’ve stayed in. Rooms, washrooms, restaurant area, and swimming pool were cleaned and maintained properly every day.
Noise Level: Very peaceful and quiet property. Perfect for families with babies and couples looking for a relaxing stay in Agonda.
Service: The hospitality was honestly 100/100. Special thanks to Ankit, Chef Kancha, Shankar, and Tai for making us feel at home. The staff was always smiling, polite, and ready to help.
Amenities: Clean swimming pool, excellent in-house restaurant, spacious rooms, family-friendly environment, and great food options for both adults and kids. The babies in our group loved the fresh Dal Khichdi and Dal Rice, while adults enjoyed Butter Chicken, Chicken Kadhai, Supreme Pizza, Veg Schezwan Hakka Noodles, and even an amazing vodka cocktail prepared by Ankit.
Highly recommended for anyone searching for the best resort in Agonda Goa, family-friendly resort in South Goa, or a luxury stay near Agonda Beach with amazing food and hospitality.

Cancelled my booking without consent
Rio Du Grande cancelled my booking without my consent. I booked with Booking.com. I got a message from Rio Du Grande a month later saying that they had cancelled my reservation. It's still showing as booked with Booking.com, but the hotel has said that the rooms I've booked are gone. This has left my family with nowhere to stay for our holiday to Goa during peak season when all other hotels are now fully booked. Rio Du Grande- please resolve this as you have ruined our holiday and we now have nowhere to stay.

Hi Lucy Understand from Hotel Manager that,They have send Msg to you on 30 September from booking.com app Regarding Confirmation, Then Again 02 October remainder was sent. Finally when We have not received any Update from You then on 23 October Hotel has sent cancellation. As Hotel has not received any Reply from you. On 02 Nov you have replied till then we have already sent cancellation request to you,As we were getting lots of fake booking on booking.com and most of them dont check in and our room are blocked and causing loss to the hotel property .But on 2 Nov you have replied and also said that you are not accepting the cancellation request .Then you have spoken to booking.com, We have offered you our other hotel room,but still you have rejected,Then we have adjusted our present Guest to Other Other and secured your booking based on your and booking.com confirmation.But later we have seen that you have accepted the cancellation request and cancelled the booking of the Hotel and causing inconvenience to our Guest whom we have shifted to our other hotel and Hotel you booked you canceled it.After all this we see this review with no reason.You accepted the cancellation request then only it got cancelled.
