Good cooperative staff

Hotel Fortune Plaza very nicely located. the ambiance of the hotel was ok. the front desk staff were polite and humble and guided us lot how to visit Dargah. The rooms are clean but not maintained properly. The food was tasty we could not utilized thier as we spent most of the time outside only.

This Hotel Not Recommended

Bad or no service at all .staff are rude. Room is ok No breakfast as promised. I don't recommend this hotel ..dirty towels , bathrooms not cleaned properly no hot water . No proper management. Waste of money you can see garbage on stairs , what more to say. Just don't go

Not Happy

It was great choice once upon time but now it is worst place to stay I can’t write about single point all are not even on average. I hope management team take seriously and done necessary changes in staff and do room maintenance so it will better option for every guest.

Bad experience

This property was first preference to stay in Ajmer but after 2 year I visited in October and it was totally disappointment with front desk to all service and rooms was very bad condition this was terrible experience and this was very beautiful property I ever stayed in Ajmer but from next time this property will not in my list. Sorry but that’s the truth I felt this time.

Cleanliness very bad!

We stayed here for one night. Hotel is good but rooms were not clean.The bedsheet was not changed. It was very dirty. Hair had fallen on the bedsheet. The quilt cover was also very dirty. The hotel is good, but they should pay little attention to the amenities.
