Is breakfast not complimentary?

So far great. Location absolutely fabulous. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Little confused by on Google search it says BREAKFAST is complimentary. BUT at reception we are told we have to pay? I would expect complimentary breakfast especially when we have booked a lovely suite with on terrace, and paid good money.

Pleasant stay on Nakki Lake

We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Lake Palace. The rooms were clean and well maintained with hot water for baths in the chilly weather. We were allotted internal rooms that didn't have a view of the lake. Parking was a bit of a challenge as access to the front of the hotel by car had been blocked. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. The staff could be a little more welcoming. But overall a good experience

OUTSTANDING STAFF
Below Average food .
High Noise level due to the reception located in between the rooms
rooms are nice but with no Sunlight and ventilation

Overall a good hotel, but needs few improvement

The hotel offers a comfortable stay, the menu is limited however food is good. Rajnikant is a well spoken and a proactive steward. He is the only staff who is swift in his actions rest reception is very slow. It took them 38 minutes to bring me two bottles of water. Saying that packaged drinking water is kept at top floor. The restaurant needs to be done up for better hygiene.

Very Bad Experience of Manager Named Pushpendra

Very very bad experience of Manager named with Pushpendra, he was behave very Roughly with us. I think he has no common sense how to behave with client, i told him i am a Travel agent but he don't care about it and may be any other people.......
