My stayed at Metrohotel it was very pleasant and comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel for many years the hotel is very convenient because is closer to the aeropuerto. Lately the property has been deteriorate maybe is a new owner. I love ❤️ the service, the food and the location

Please know that I will be looking for a refund, the stay was horrible, there was black water coming out of every faucet: the bathroom, the shower… I couldn’t use them because there was dirty water coming out of all of them!!! When I went to get breakfast there was a hair in the cheese plate.
I reported the water situation and the staff apologized and offered a different room so I could shower, I had to leave for my next part of the trip so I couldn’t wait for them to make those arrangements in the am. It was absolutely disgusting, I took videos for record of the toilet and shower as they water was so black it made the amenities black. Absolutely the worst experience in a hotel. I would like to submit a claim for a refund please.

Room was ok toilet had to hold the flush handle down to flush it and water drainage was slowed, brekafast was cookies and coffee that burned and tasted old and the swimming pool was closed due to high algae all i was told by staff is all you have to do is not swim the river or pond is worse and people still swim there.

The hotel is in major need of a facelift! Everything was just run down. The staff was nice. Breakfast was not tasty or much to choose from. The a/c did work fine. It was definitely not worth almost $120 a night....maybe $50 and I'd say you get what you pay for. :)

We only stayed overnight but it was pleasant.
They have more of a suite feel with a microwave, work desk, eating area, sink and dishes for use.
Complimentary bottled water was nice.
I like the 24 hr. Security measures so our vehicle was safe.
It would have been nice to have English TV options if I was there longer term.
Overall good value.
