Super delicious food

The restaurant has been our first address when we are in Valkenburg for over five years. And today, after a perfect meal again, I noticed that I have never written a review. So catch up here: The food is simply delicious, no matter what you order. Especially the Pizza Vulkano! We've never eaten a better pizza. The service is super nice and there is also a small selection of food for children that is great and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not in the hotspot, so only insiders will likely find it, but it is so worth it. And you also have a lot to watch around it. So to all future guests: Good appetite

Better eat somewhere else

Really bad food.
The Vitello tonnato was red, so no veal.
The "fried" champions were thin and more cooked and moreover not fresh, but from cans or pots.
The bruchetta was infused with oil and the tomato papperud, whether they came from the freezer.
The English-speaking staff denies everything.
After the starter we left.
There are many good restaurants in Valkenburg, but better skip this one.

Food tasty, child size portions

Food tasted good, but portions appallingly small. Not the cheapest place. Value for money not good.
Pasta bowls designed to look bigger from the outside than the inside. A reverse Tardis.
Not impressed.

Cramped room with shabby bathroom and breakfast with stale bread & old coffee

What should have been a romantic overnight stay turned out to be a sleepless night due to the many noises insight as well as outside of the hotel.
Two beds, a bunkbed and an underbed where stuffed in the tiny room, with an even tinier bathroom that was lastly renovated around 1975.
Breakfast consisted out of some coffee and tea, two sorts of stale bread, cheese, ham and a few tomatoes.
Although booking.com promissed available parking lots, the suggested parking garage costed €20,- having parked from 17:00 until 11:00 next day.
Even though the hotel was centrally located, I would NEVER have spend €70,- for this shabby shed.

Kleine kamer, basic maar prima, absoluut schoon. Vriendelijke mensen, in het restaurant goed eten, goede bediening.
Centraal gelegen, wat verkeersgeluiden.
Tip: verduisterende gordijnen zou absoluut een meerwaarde zijn
