Not bad but not a 4 stars hotel

The hotel isn't bad, but it's not a 4-star hotel. There's no refrigerator in the room, and no body lotion or hair conditioner. Luggage is left unattended in the lobby, where anyone can access it. They don't have maps of The Hague or offer any information. Food deliveries are prohibited, and the vending machine charges the same prices as a restaurant. You only have small paper glasses in the room, even for coffee. The room is very large and quite clean, as well as the toilet, with a coffee maker and kettle. The hotel is connected to The Hague by tram 9 and to Delft by tram 1. Scheveningen beach and the pier are a 5-minute walk away.

Slack coffee

Hotel was fine, only the coffee at breakfast was super limp, no coffee, we drank coffee elsewhere which of course extra cost.

Fantastic guest friendly hotel

Very much enjoyed in this beautiful, well situated and guest friendly hotel!!
Very friendly staff, nice spacious room and brilliant bathroom.

Nice clean hotel, nice location

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Nice location.
You get a 10 euro discount on parking Apoac parking garage. This is a q park. If you have the qpark app then turn off the license plate registration. You have to show your entry card at reception hotel to get the discount. We did not know that so for us no discount

Food Marina Lounge

I've been staying here for years but ordered the Zeeland mussels today. What a disappointment for 27.50. It's that the window was closed otherwise the mussels would have blown away, just bad. Also indicated but nothing else was done, no excuses yet.
