Great location but slow internet

Great rooms, best location, but very slow wifi (25 mbps, big latency). Breakfast at M Lounge is decent.

Outstanding choice in Rotterdam

Outstanding customer service all round. All staff greet you warmly and genuinely. Breakfast welcome and service was amongst the best I have had. Definitely set the tone for the day. Seamless service. Excellent room layout and design and supremely comfortable beds. Excellent location opposite Centraal station. Supermarket and shops nearby. Tons of restaurants and cafe nearby. Full marks!

The control of the A/C could not be adjudyed properly, then the room was cold. The staff tryed to adjust it, but could not. They provided additional blanket to support the cold climate

The Staff, especially Lisa, Andrea and Anan.. were very accommodating. The biggest issue that on my first night I was given a room (named the Landry room) which had a plumbing sanitary problem and I should have never been forced to stay in that room. Nevertheless, the next day Lisa moved me into a suitable room and everything worked out for there on.
