Excellent all round

Great location. Short walk into Delft. Even shorter walk to IKEA for great breakfast and food.

We have to admit, we’re happy you enjoyed the short walk to IKEA as well — although next time, we might try to convince you to stay a little closer to home for your breakfast and drinks! Excellent family room with a view and kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds, A/C and a few fun quirky features. Binoculars, Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling...

Always happy to return.

As always, when we have been to this hotel (10 times by now), we can only report good things about it. Whether it is the friendliness of the staff, the very good food, or the possibility to securely lock up the e-bikes we brought with us at night. It is simply a successful stay every time and a great way to clear your head.

Good arrangement, unfortunately some areas for improvement

Stay was good nothing to criticize, staff was friendly/
However:
- we had an all in package (with breakfast) but every morning we were not listed for breakfast and so felt like we were not welcome. Were able to participate, but still didn't feel nice.
Sunday we had to check out at 11 o'clock at the latest. At haf 10 our digital key was no longer activated, while we still had to bring the stuff in the car.
Luckily my wife was still inside, but if she wasn't, we would have had a problem. This should only happen after check-out.
Reported at the reception, but got the impression that the boy we told is not going to do much with it, also the registration of breakfast he took for notification.
But everything else was fine.

Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw verblijf met ons te delen. Fijn om te horen dat u verder een goed verblijf heeft gehad en dat u onze medewerkers vriendelijk heeft ervaren.
Tegelijkertijd willen we u onze oprechte excuses aanbieden voor de ongemakken die u tijdens uw verblijf heeft ervaren. Het is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling dat u iedere ochtend bij het ontbijt het gevoel krijgt dat u niet verwacht wordt, terwijl u juist een arrangement inclusief ontbijt heeft geboekt. Dat hoort soepel en gastvrij te verlopen.
Ook het voortijdig deactiveren van uw digitale sleutel is absoluut niet zoals het hoort. U had tot het officiële uitcheckmoment toegang moeten hebben tot uw kamer. We begrijpen heel goed dat dit vervelend en vooral ongemakkelijk had kunnen zijn als uw vrouw niet meer in de kamer was geweest.
Daarnaast vinden we het jammer dat u het gevoel kreeg dat uw opmerkingen bij de receptie niet serieus genoeg werden opgepakt. Juist dit soort signalen zijn voor ons belangrijk om zaken te kunnen verbeteren.
Dank u dat u dit zo duidelijk met ons heeft gedeeld. We nemen uw opmerkingen intern mee en hopen u bij een volgend bezoek te laten ervaren dat we deze punten daadwerkelijk hebben verbeterd.
