Have a nice stay

In the context of the Populus cycling package started in Delden. Two nights and two dinners. Nice room on the parking lot with air conditioning, fantastic. A disadvantage is the lack of a partition in the bathroom which made the floor quite wet and also the shower sprinkler may occasionally be replaced, remains crooked and moderate jet.
Very friendly and helpful service. Rental bikes are Gazelle Grenobles and are fine.
Finally the breakfast, sufficiently extensive. Dinner was fine, as were the house wines.

Highly recommended...

We stayed 1st week of June with friends in hotel Wapen van Delden. Just looking for the reception (which is actually not there;-) but the welcome was warm. We had a room right next to the main entrance, it looks like an older part of the hotel. Beds and bathroom were fine. The view was less than 50cm, so you should not suffer from claustrophobia; conversations of incoming/departing guests can be followed verbatim, while the window and ventilation grill were closed;-(
The volume/genre of the music in the restaurant at both dinner and breakfast was experienced as disturbing by several guests. Background music would fit more with the cozy atmosphere in the restaurant.
We enjoyed the daily changing dinner and breakfast in the cozy restaurant, friendly service, tasty dishes, large portions and nicely served! Hold it!

Populus cycling holiday: highly recommended.

We started at this hotel for a Populus cycling holiday of 5 days. Delden - Markelo - Delden. 2 nights in both hotels. Everything was top organized. Very friendly and helpful staff. Top quality dinners. The breakfast at the arms of Delden was excellent. In Herikerberg in Markelo a little more austere but still more than sufficient. Nice rooms, with good location on the junctions routes. Too bad about the busy road, but absolutely not bothered. Populus cycling holiday: highly recommended.

Nice hotel with great rooms

A great hotel where we have spent more nights. Great room and a tastefully decorated restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. Very friendly staff.
