The ad said soundproof , but it was not at all. We could hear every door open and everyone’s conversations in their rooms.
The place was very clean and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location.
The ad also said toiletries were included but there was no shampoo or conditioner, so we had to go buy some but thankfully there were multiple convenient stores in the neighborhood.

Good location, clean, and reasonably priced. It took a while for the room to warm up, and I didn’t receive check-in information until I arrived. No one was there to open the door because the property has no reception; you get codes for the main entrance and your room. Apparently this was because they didn’t have the guest’s phone number from Hotels.com.

The room was really dated. For cleanliness, it was OK. No person in attendance at the reception though. Location just OK

Check in was very easy as was gaining access to the room. The room was very clean, although could do with redecoration. The air conditioning barely worked. There were two security issues 1. the patio door lock was broken and replaced by a hook and eye, with only one loose screw securing it. 2. the room safe did not seem to work, although it did seem to have new batteries. Except for these, i would have given full marks for the price.
