Four Night Stay.... Hotel Subur Sitges

We spent four nights here at the end of June.
The hotel is right in the heart of the old town situated 50 yards from the beach a fantastic location for all amenities. The staff keep the hotel and rooms very clean and the hotel has a relaxed friendly feel to it. Buffet breakfast was good and I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great location hotel in Sitges.

A wonderful stay in Sitges

There aren't many hotels in Sitges, so they chose this one. The hotel location is perfect. Breakfast is good in a nice restaurant. The rooms themselves are certainly small, but comfortable and comfortable enough for a stay of a few days. The town itself is wonderful. The beach is great too.

The hotel unfortunately seems completely soulless.

The hotel unfortunately seems completely soulless. The atmosphere is cold and impersonal – from the furnishings and the decoration to the overall appearance, it lacks attention to detail.
I found the staff's conduct particularly disappointing. For me, it is a matter of course that guests are greeted in a friendly manner at the reception. After I had greeted them twice myself and received no reaction, I eventually gave up. The staff is the calling card of a hotel – there is definitely a great need for improvement here in the areas of customer orientation, friendliness, and hospitality.
The hotel itself has also clearly seen better days and is in need of a comprehensive renovation. My terrace was practically unusable due to the strong sunlight, as there was not even a sun umbrella available.
Furthermore, a single elevator is simply not enough for the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Long wait times are therefore inevitable.
For me, it was worth the attempt to try out this hotel once. Based on my experiences, however, I will not return and will not recommend the hotel to others. A pity – because the location actually had great potential.
