Perfect location!

I've just returned from a 5 night stay at Hostal Tbaida. It's tucked away in a very quiet, yet very central side street of Cala d'Or which suited me perfectly. A big thank you to Karla who was always cheerful & helpful!

Bad Customer Service

Very bad experience, had a family death a few days after the cancellation window (28 days before staying there). We wanted to cancel since they had ample time to find new guests. They were slow to respond, very rude, and not accommodating whatsoever. I would not recommend booking here.

First time in a hostel

This was our first time in a hostel and it has been a great experience thanks to Miguel & Gritt! They kept the place spotless and the rooms were cleaned every other day along with clean towels, l was very happy with this level of cleanliness
We even got a home made chocolate cake in our first week of staying there along with all the other guests to share which l thought was a lovely gesture!
I would definitely stay here again if l was visiting Majorca as it is minutes away from the centre but quite enough in the evening. There's free use of Tropical Gardens pool providing you use their facilities to get a drink etc and the beaches are close by. Perfect location...

Muy bonito y limpio!Se duerme muy muy bien

Los colchones y almohadas maravillosos. Descansamos super! 5 minutos del mar y restaurantes andando. Volveremos!
Cada habitación es diferente y tiene una terraza para desayunar muy agradable!
Wifi gratis/ no tv pero no hace falta. Silencioso y agradable. Nos hemos ido muy contentos!

Tranquilo y agradable

Fuimos una amiga y yo a pasar unos días a la isla. Está bastante bien ubicado, aunque hay que coger el coche para todo, el hostal tranquilo, limpio y suficiente para el precio que pagamos. El trato de la gente no se puede decir porque apenas hay nadie, te dan una clave por WhatsApp para acceder a tu habitación, pero el trato por WhatsApp excelente. Recomendable.
