Nice hotel let down by the room.

We booked two nights whilst travelling the Costa Brava. Unfortunately it appears all they had left was a box room. Nowhere to put you cases and no air con. It was barely possible to walk around the bed and the shower was over a tiny bath. Whilst the receptionist was friendly & helpful the hotel was being managed from over the road at the Goya Park hotel and the restaurant was there also.
The price was the highest paid in two weeks of travelling Costa Brava and the room was the worst. We did see other rooms and they looked beautiful so disappointed with our stay. The Bay of roses is stunning and there is ample on street parking at this hotel.

Suite à la réservation sur hôtels.com nous devons avoir le petit déjeuner sauf que sur place il n’est pas compris
À notre arrivée la chambre était la plus petite de 18m2 alors que sur le site j’avais réservé la 23m2
Au sol il y avait toute la poussière sous les lits et des cheveux

Personnel aimable et professionnel

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme et à 5mn des plages. L’ensemble du personnel est avenant et sympathique. Les petits déjeuner pris au Goya Park sont excellent et variés.L’insonorisation des chambres est mauvaise et la taille des chambres sont petites mais dans l’ensemble, je conseille cet hôtel.

Desastre

Para empezar las hb con 2 camas siendo un matrimonio y niño pequeño, ni una mini nevera en las hb para poder poner ni agua pa el niño, las sabanas desde el 1 dia sucias, las quedo quitadas para que se percaten y las cambien y de nuevo las mismas, las toayas sin cambiarlas, las deje dentro de la bañera las sucias para que pongan limpias y nada, el suelo ni barrido, la limpieza cero, la bañera desde 1 dia un pelo, todo esto inadmisible, eso sin contar que ni una cafeteria dentro del hotel, hay que trasladarse al de enfrente, con niños y todo esto no deberia de ser asi, cierto que no es un hotel 5 estreyas como en el que yo trabajo, e sido camarera de piso y soy gobernanta, en un hotel que todo se mide al detalle y se mima y se cuida desde que se entra hasta que se sale, pero hsy cosas que son inadmisibles y por pocas estrellas o ninguna que tenga este hotel, por favor minimo de limpieza, sabanas, ect, y minimo un mini bar, sobre todo con niños o bebes, el cliente paga y lleva la razon siempre,yo no pienso volver.
