Located in Sant Lluis, Seth Hotel Punta Prima is near the beach. Museo Etnologico Molí de Dalt and Plaça d’Espanya are notable landmarks, and if an activity is on the agenda, check out Bodegas Binifadet. Castell de Sant Felip and Sant Carles Lighthouse are two other places to visit that come recommended. Along with 3 outdoor pools, this smoke-free hotel has a full-service spa and a water park. WiFi in public areas is free. Additionally, a restaurant, 2 bars/lounges, and a 24-hour health club are onsite. Seth Hotel Punta Prima offers 374 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and hair dryers. Rooms open to balconies. Satellite television is provided. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers and complimentary toiletries. This Sant Lluis hotel provides complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks and phones. Housekeeping is provided daily. An outdoor tennis court, a 24-hour health club, and a water park are featured at the hotel. 3 outdoor swimming pools are on site along with a children's pool. Couldn't be closer to the beach!
As some other reviews have mentioned, the apartments are a little dated but they're comfortable and clean. There's a fridge freezer and washing machine, and the are provisions left in the room (salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea/coffee/sugar - all the basics and more). There's also a welcome pack with water, milk, savoury biscuits and sliced meat. There was washing up liquid and some clothes washing solution. In the bathrooms there were soap dispensers on the walls and a little pack of solid soaps for hands/body/hair.
In apartment 7 there are two bedrooms - an en suite double and a twin with a bathroom next door. The en suite has a bath with shower over, the other bathroom has a shower cubicle.
One negative for me was that, with it being the middle apartment, the bedrooms didn't have external windows. They do have windows but they're facing onto the communal corridor, so you have to keep the blinds drawn unless you want to put on a show for the neighbours!
It's a great location for town, being right on the end of the main street, and there's free parking on the street outside. We hired a car as there's not much in Punta Prima itself (though it's really pretty with plenty of places to eat and shop).
I sent a few messages to the Whatsapp contact you're given on booking, and they were very responsive.
Another negative is that you have to take out the bins yourself on departure, and there's nowhere to dispose of them onsite - you have to take them over the road somewhere.
I would stay here again. I'd try and get one of the apartments either side of number 7 so hopefully the bedroom would have a window too.

3 villas. no working AC tired apartment
Had a terrible experience with this company. (3 villas)
We were in apartment with wonderful views, although very dated we would have been happy there but the A/C didn’t work. I told them on day 1 when we arrived. (Although they tried to say it stopped working during my stay)
it was unbearable to sleep at night and our only window in the bedroom was internal and led into the hallway of the rest of the apartments. Day 3 they told us they were waiting for parts for the A/C
Day 4. they informed us they wouldn’t be getting the parts in the near future and fitted a portable A/C while we were out. When we came back they put the exhaust hose from the A/C out of the patio door through a Velcro curtain. This left the apartment vulnerable as we were on the ground floor and all our valuables were there as there wasn’t even a safe. Also it meant there would be no security during the night.
After I complained they offered us a different apartment which they said was an upgrade. It most certainly wasn’t. The apartment was half the size 40sqm instead of 80sqm. and only had 1 bathroom, a long way back from the beach up a hill and the water poured out of the shower into the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom also smelt of urine.
There was a pool but this in no way compensated for the beach position we had before.
We left after the 4th day. Bookings com said they would compensate us for the inconvenience but then backtracked because 3 villas sent in a different form. I really didn’t understand what they meant.
I notice they’re still advertising on bookings com knowing full well the A/C doesn’t work in any of the apartments.
I would never book anywhere abroad with A/C
