"SUITE" UNHEALTHY FULL OF MOISTURE AND AWFUL SMELL, DISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AN ACCOMMODATION SCAM, REPORTED TO SANIDA

"Suite" in a sorry state. Full of moisture and with an unbreathable smell. Customer service dreadful, they did not want to change our room or make the refund of the amount even though that room was uninhabitable. It's a scam. Worst place we ever stayed. We have made a complaint to the health

I don't know how this hostel is still open.
You have to do everything by phone because there is no one in reception and wait until 15:00 to enter.
As I entered the room, which the only good thing I must say it is was clean, the sliding bathroom door was hanging and my husband fell on it hurting his hand, the blind was broken, that was a juli without natural light, the air conditioning that did not work the heat pump, in the bathroom or shower, it was a special room for reduced mobility and there were no screens or curtain and it would have been flooded with water.
I must emphasize that the booking reviews I have already seen that for more than a month this room has always had the problem of the door and the owners always respond to guests who do not have notification of the incident, often unpresentable to offer a room in those conditions.
At the moment I am waiting for the refund, because we contacted customer service by phone and they did not give us any solution, they just said that it was all occupied and there were no rooms available.
Unfortunately I do not recommend it to anyone as it does not comply with maintenance standards and most importantly safety standards
