Surprising fine hotel along the N-VI.

In 2022 I walked the Camino de Manzanal and stayed at Monterrey. Various things did, I found it well below average. Maybe it was due to being in a bad mood. This year, I walked the Camino de Manzanal again with toe friends and had to stay at Monterrey, even though we had booked Hotel Temple located further down the N-VI. But with this hotel having closed for the season, there was nothing left for us but Monterrey. And now, it was quite a different experience. The hotel is a ok *** hotel and with a very serviceminded receptionist, that even served breakfast for us, even though we were the only ones having breakfast. In every sense this time, our stay was a satisfying one.

Très bien

Petit hotel sur le bord de la N6, peu fréquentée donc peu de bruit
Hotel familial très propre et avec toutes les commodités avec une réception en permance.
Parking disponible et restaurant de viande en face.

Limpio y acogedor.

Hotel de trato familiar y atentisimo. Álvaro es un impecable anfitrión. Atento, servicial y detallista. Todo inmejorable. Cien por recomendable. Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de Astorga, pero muy tranquilo por estar en plena naturaleza.

Estancia muy agradable

Lo reservamos porque queríamos hacer una visita rápida a Astorga y salimos muy contentos. La atención del recepcionista ha sido exquisita, la habitación espaciosa y muy limpia.
Ningún pero, es un hotel de dos estrellas que llega a sorprender por su calidad.

Simplemente como en casa

Llevo viniendo a este hotel desde hace más de 15 años y siempre que he pasado cerca me he alojado en él.
El personal es muy amable e intentan ayudar en todo para hacer la estancia lo más agradable posible. Es un hotel familiar que te hace sentir como tal.
Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y además están muy limpias. Su relación calidad/precio es muy pero que muy buena.
El hotel esta situado en una ubicación perfecta para visitar Astorga (a menos de 10 mins en coche). Además, si no te apetece moverte, existe un asador justo enfrente donde se come bastante bien.
Por tanto, lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.
