Great group of professionals who make you feel at home

Good work team from the concierge to the cleaners. The food was good and varied. I have returned for the second year. My best scores go to two waitresses, a 30 out of 10 to Loli and Ana. See you next year, God willing

St. Thomas: one and only

Breakfast is pathetic and without variety. The restaurant is a regrettable experience, soulless and tasteless, fast cooking without more. The rooms are large, under the beds dust abounds, despite the apparent general cleanliness. The elevator runs occasionally and the air conditioning/heating works only in some rooms. The best thing about the hotel is the one hour access to the spa per night contracted and the friendliness of the staff. The prices are reasonable, making it relatively popular, but not a place to go with family with children, rather for Imserso. Hard to repeat the experience.

GREAT STAFF

I have been to this hotel on more than one occasion. The owners are not the same as before so there are changes and a different approach.
The change from my point of view in all aspects is for the worse, the new approach, I don't like it, changes in kitchen, free buffet dining room that they have at the moment, it wasn't like that before, which I didn't like, breakfasts, with little variety... you have to pay attention to when the trays come out... there were no small spoons at lunch or dinner, it seems that with little, they want to feed many and by little I also mean the staff, a line of staff reduction which is noticeable in all aspects, the cleanliness, the rooms, the bathrooms…. Although people who were previously great professionals and people continue, such as Ana Pino in the dining room, Jose in the kitchen, Joaquín in the reception of whom I have fond memories... all the staff in general, from my point of view, friendly, attentive, cordial Great professionals, I can't say anything bad, on the contrary, but logically they can't solve certain shortcomings, I think the problem is the company's policy and the approach they are giving... I liked it much better before, I have doubts that it will return.
I give three stars thanks to the staff of the hotel who gave me humane, affectionate, attentive, friendly treatment... for them I would give them five stars but the rating is for the group that represents the entire hotel.

More than what I expected

I have spent a few days, the rooms are very spacious, clean, the staff of 10 are very pleasant, to park behind the hotel they have a perfect esplanade, the rooms that they call interior have balconies and exterior to the back, very quiet, I would say that better than the previous ones, the only bad thing for me has been the mattresses need a change and the food I do not recommend at all.
The buffet breakfast was very basic, a person not staying at the hotel was charged €10, the price of a super breakfast, it seemed quite high for what they offer.
It does not have air conditioning, nor a mini bar, it is a two-star hotel, but otherwise very good, very quiet area, renovated facilities.

To sleep well, the kitchen if you are a guest is a BAD option.

The best thing was one of the receptionists, I think it was Joaquin. The half board service is a scam. Especially if you go with little ones, don't even think about hiring him. Disastrous dinner and breakfast menu.
We asked them if they could reimburse us for the half board that we were not going to use because it was terrible, and they told us no, they didn't have a single detail.
