Worth a visit. Very modern and exceptional friendly staff
The Highlights
• Smart Technology: We loved the integrated tech throughout the room. Being able to easily cast our phones to the TVs in both the living room and the bedroom was a huge plus and made the space feel like a home away from home.
• Rooftop & Views: The rooftop pool is stunning, providing some of the best sunset views we’ve seen.
• Fitness Center: The gym is very well-equipped and boasts a fantastic view overlooking the bay, which made morning workouts much more enjoyable.
• Exceptional Service: The customer service from the reception staff was top-tier. We want to give a special mention to Sandra, Isadora, and Carolina, who all provided truly exceptional service and went above and beyond to look after us.
Areas for Improvement
While our stay was largely positive, there were two specific areas that impacted our comfort:
1. Parking Charges: The hotel is located in a slightly isolated area, making a car almost a necessity. Because of this, we felt the €10 per day charge for the car park across the road was unnecessary. It would be a great gesture to offer this for free to staying guests.
2. Climate Control: We found our room extremely hot at night, with temperatures reaching 22 ext{°C} to 23 ext{°C}. Since it was "out of season," the air conditioning had been switched off centrally. This made it quite uncomfortable to sleep; regardless of the month, guests should have the ability to cool their rooms to a comfortable temperature.
Verdict: A beautiful, tech-forward hotel with a world-class team. If they can resolve the seasonal AC issues and reconsider the parking fees, it would be a perfect 5-star stay.

Nice hotel, but the concept of service does not exist! Not to mention the sense of business.
Near the "beach" bar, there was a generator (I believe) that was very unpleasant in terms of background noise (tiring) and odors (it felt like being on a ship).
Neighborhood is mediocre.

Book it!
Roof top pool is stunning and good they kept to the adults only rule as its a nice peaceful space.
Loved having the apartment style which was ideal for us as got to have some lunches and dinners on the balcony.
Totally worth paying for the sunset view room. It was gorgeous sitting out there in the evening and think most rooms would have a good view.
Staff couldn't be more helpful. So polite and welcoming.
Good location, we took sea taxi over to san an and walked back (about an hour). Near beaches and bus stops.

The staff are all really friendly and attentive.
