Experience at Wyndham Getafe

This is my second stay at the hotel and definitely the attention from all the staff who assisted me is very good. The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant service is very good, reasonable prices and the food is very good.

They exaggerate with the parking fees.

Good hotel, but they exaggerate by charging for parking to those who are staying there.
I believe that for what you pay for a room, parking should be included.
You can park outside, but those of us who know the area know that it is not a good idea because you might not find your car afterward.

Nos complace escuchar que hayas disfrutado de tu estancia con nosotros. Entendemos tus comentarios respecto al parking, en este caso, al ser cliente de hotel nosotros les hacemos un descuento (dejando el parking a 4€la noche) debido a que la noche completa sin ser huésped tiene un coste total de 12€ - lamentamos que el descuento no te sea suficiente.
De todas maneras esperamos poder verte de nuevo en otra ocasión por el hotel.

Great location to stay if you don’t want to be downtown Madrid. 20 minutes to airport, 20 minutes to Palace and downtown Madrid. Great shopping centre 8 minutes away with tons of restaurants.

Restaurant access and availability was convenient. The parking was safe and secure. The front desk staff were great!

Good value location - car needed

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and has a reasonably good location outside Madrid. It is a short drive to a Metro station to access the city. Parking was charged extra, but only 4€.
