Awesome base – no complaints
Excellent base, really glad we chose this place. The location was superb, right in La Frontera town, just a couple of blocks from the main commercial street, so plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We had a nice 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment with great views out to the sea and also to the impressive mountains. The apartment was clean, bright, and spacious with plenty of doors and windows to open to let in the breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used it on a few occasions to prepare meals. The sofa in the living area was not very comfortable to sit on as it was a fold-up sofa/bed – it would be nice to have a good comfortable sofa to sit on. The internet worked well, once we got the correct password, that is! The rooftop terrace was amazing, with tons of seating, nooks, and crannies to relax and enjoy the fresh air and the wonderful views. We were stoked that there was a clothes washing machine (communal and free) on the rooftop terrace. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

Top Floor only
The main issue we had was noise. People on the floor above walking around in shoes on the tile floor was really noisy in our apartment. Whilst the tiles look lovely, they are completely impractical. And it wasn't just the apartment directly above us, it was any of the apartments on the floor above.
The apartment itself was nicely furnished, and the high ceiling made it feel very spacious. The location on the edge of town is great (the town itself is great), and there's plenty of parking either directly in front, or just outside on the street.
When we stayed there was quite a bit of rain, and the apartment was quite damp - it's obviously not designed for winter. But presumably most of the time it's fine.
But the noise meant very poor sleep experience - I would only go back if I was guaranteed a top floor apartment.

Unbeatable our choice
Very well equipped, clean, spacious and very close to the main street of the village. Too bad we couldn't take advantage of the rooftop facilities for lack of time. Very quiet and relaxing area. The island as a whole is spectacular. We picked up at the airport, with pre-booking in Transhierro. a much needed rental car for every day.

Superb apartments,
Stayed here two nights, and found the apartment an excellent choice. It was comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. There was an absolutely gorgeous roof top terrace, which looked to be recently renovated. It had lots of little nooks to hang out and relax in, and was very tranquil when we were there, but could see that it might become noisy. Included bbq facilities. There was no elevator, but not a major problem.
Did find the check in less than welcoming, ignoring us and making personal phone calls while completing the process. Not particularly open to offering suggestions about the area or the apartment e.g. we found the terrace by ourselves, we’re just handed the keys and pointed in the direction of the room. Quite a surprise as all other hotels during our trip to the canaries were incredibly welcoming.

We had another nice stay at Apartamentos Verodes. This was our third stay at Apartamentos. It is a very convenient location to see the sights and do the hikes. There are many in this area just a short drive away.
The kitchen is well equipped. We had some issues with lighting and range/hob, but we are flexible and resourceful and these issues did not impact us.
We especially like and enjoy spending time on the rooftop terrace. It has many seating and eating arrangements. The variety of native plants on the terrace is very beautiful.
Thank you to the two Andreas and we do hope to see you again.
