All right!

Our experience has been exceptional, we came from long trip from end to end of Spain, we needed a place to stop to sleep at 5 in the morning without having made a reservation and from the first moment we called they were super friendly and facilitated everything, the check in was super quick so we could go up to sleep as soon as possible and when they came to warn us that it was time to leave the room they were also very respectful. We have not been able to see the rest of the services, but for us it was all perfect. The room very correct, with TV, air conditioning and a clean bathroom. If on the way back I need to make a stop again, I will certainly consider it again.

It's better to sleep in the street than that cuchitril I don't know how holiness doesn't close that cuchitril. And the most serious thing is that the hotel people are watching you In the rooms I think they have cameras to spy on you so watch out ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Worst impossible place

During our stay, we encountered multiple deficiencies in both the room and the bathroom.
In the room, the closet was incomplete, with a missing door; the mattress and pillow were of very low quality, which made rest difficult.
In the bathroom, the door was damaged at the bottom, poorly repaired with poorly placed exterior wood, posing a risk of cuts to the feet. The bidet tap was leaking water on all sides. The shower was not fixed, and the water was diverted in random directions. Also, the diffuser connecting the faucet to the shower was broken.
Upon arrival, there were no towels or soap. We had to go downstairs to order them: they handed us towels, but they didn’t have soap. The bathroom mirror bulb was not only melted, but also broken, implying additional danger.
In short, it was an experience to forget. We do not understand how an establishment in these conditions can continue to operate. We will not go back or recommend people to go.

I love it, the cleaners are very friendly, the receptionist polite and attentive. Good location, easy parking, good value for money for the summer season.Recommended for 1 night.The view from the room is very nice

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Dirty bedding, towels full of stains... the TV doesn't work, when you shower water comes out everywhere, old, unhealthy, total apathy, you could even see a bug coming out of the shower tray, something that can be report to Health. I don't recommend it to anyone, plus sleeping for 60 euros, at the Melia for 54 you're in a garden, the early bird you're in a landfill. The sheets were not clean. In short, filth, filth. There is no cleaning, no toileting, I feel like vomiting......and so I could fill out the entire sheet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. A shame for the city of Elche.
