Sustainable hotel with customer service

Highly recommended, quiet family hotel. The staff takes great care of every detail and makes you feel at home from your arrival. Without a doubt an example in terms of sustainability in Galicia.

Dark and crowded

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures! We had booked a double room for one night and the room was dark with a window that was covered with plastic so you could not see out. When we opened the window, it was just a bunch of garbage on some dirty roof outside. The room was gray and felt like a prison room. There were also stains in the bathroom and the handle that looked like blood. We asked if we could change rooms but it was not possible because it was fully booked. The receptionist was not interested in doing anything for us either, discount or free breakfast or similar. In the morning the breakfast was quite ok for the price. Good Service and good raw materials.
Unfortunately, our experience of an otherwise very nice city and beautiful views of ribeira sacra was to some extent ruined because of the hotel. Not going back there!

Good hotel quality price

Very good value for money. Very attentive staff and fantastic breakfast. The spacious room and bathroom too. Clean and tidy. Advised option. Quiet and with silent rooms and also family. I wouldn't mind repeating a stay on an upcoming visit to Chantada

A nice room in a nice hotel. Youtube on the reply, good bed, slightly small bathroom, excellent breakfast, excellent helpful friendly receptionist.
