Highly DANGEROUS - CAUTION

My husband, our 3-month-old baby, and I stayed at this establishment for 5 nights, where we suffered an ACCIDENT while we were sleeping.
Above the headboard of the bed there is a mirror stuck with "Blu-Tack" type adhesive or similar and in our case it fell on our heads, waking us up and causing us a large bruise on the shoulder and a head injury. 30 minutes earlier, I was breastfeeding my baby on the headboard of the bed, so the accident could have had VERY SERIOUS consequences.
We checked the mirror's assembly instructions and the manufacturer stated that said mirror requires 4 screws to be fixed securely. The establishment did not follow those instructions and stuck it to the wall with glue.
We believe that the rest of the rooms have the same mirror, so we recommend high caution.

Accident with mirror

Very unhappy with this hotel. The mirror from the headboard of the bed fell on our heads at night while we were sleeping, causing us a series of injuries. The reason is that the mirror had been glued instead of screwed on as indicated by the manufacturer.
The only positive part of the hotel is the reception team, always willing to help in a very friendly manner.
As for the rest, we do not recommend it: very noisy, and the facilities and management leave much to be desired.

nothing is what it seems

we requested a room with three beds and they put an extra bed in a double room and it was super uncomfortable, the room was hot, you could open a window but the bars are underneath and there was a lot of noise, the room had an air conditioning unit, but it works poorly or very poorly, it had a bathtub instead of a shower tray, quite uncomfortable for people who are not so agile, I don't think anyone booked breakfast, because we only saw a couple of rooms go to have breakfast, the "typical" stuff, lots of pastries and fruit in dribs and drabs, people preferred the bars, there are many, the staff was the best.
overall very expensive for the service they provide, good location, but it is useless, since you have to park two kilometers away,

Soundproofed rooms, especially floor 1

Very low quality of the rooms.
Soundproofed you hear every conversation of people in the cafe, so if you are in the rooms on the first floor forget to sleep in the morning. We just arrived at the hotel and asked for a change of room (even if it was to another lower category) gave us nothing but absurd choices and saying that the hotel was full with 60% occupancy.
By the way, wifi doesn’t go, so if your intention is to attend things by computer, it doesn’t help.
The phone isn't working either, so you'll need to go down to the front desk whenever you need something.
Except for the attention of the receptionist, I would totally not recommend it if you want to sleep well.

Lousy.

Cleanliness and Room Service weighed down. Not changing the bedding sets or anything. A glass of plastive in the bathroom and no single soap, they leave you a boat and you manage. The bathroom really is fatal. They could clean the vent that looks perfectly dirt.
